Selati Ambassador Programme

To grow conservation tourism, authentic voices are needed to share real stories from the field. The Ambassador Programme was created to amplify Selati’s mission, increase awareness, and invite more people into meaningful conservation journeys. By empowering passionate advocates who believe in wildlife conservation, the programme aims to expand Selati’s reach, strengthen its identity, and inspire travellers to take part in hands-on conservation experiences.

Using booking history and audience data, Selati’s strongest international market regions were identified along with promising future growth territories. This informed a targeted approach that prioritised impact over volume, ensuring the ambassador programme would focus first where traction and curiosity already exist.

Market Insights, Target Strategy & Ambassador Selection

Market Map

The most motivated travellers are purpose-driven, globally minded, and deeply responsive to conservation storytelling. By placing ambassadors in markets already demonstrating curiosity, the programme can build authentic awareness through meaningful connection rather than broad, diluted messaging.

To ensure the right people represented the brand, a values based ambassador framework was developed. Ambassadors would be selected based on:

The programme is designed to launch with four ambassadors, allowing for close collaboration and relationship-building. As momentum, content output, and brand awareness grow, this will scale to eight ambassadors after six months.

Consistency

To maintain clarity and protect the integrity of our mission, the programme’s visuals and voice were shaped using Selati’s existing brand identity.

  • Matched all documents to current branding standards and design language

  • Aligned tone with existing social media messaging and content themes

  • Created clear voice guidelines, key messages, and boundaries for ambassadors

This ensures that every shared story, whether a post, blog, reel, or caption, supports the same narrative.
